The Lithuanian Aviation Museum is an institution that nurtures aviation history and culture, encouraging and developing civic-minded, brave, and challenge-embracing individuals through educational and cultural activities. Here, both the young and old are united by a love for aviation, a keen gaze constantly directed skyward, and a firm determination to achieve their goals. Such motivation can be drawn from Lithuanian aircraft designers and pilots, who have repeatedly proven through their work that even a small country can have its own wings in a vast field like aviation.
The museum is visited by more than 50,000 visitors from Lithuania and abroad each year, with daily educational activities for children and private tours for adults. The museum is staffed not only by those with a great passion for aviation but also by professionals who fly themselves, for whom airplanes are much more than exhibits.
An open, community-building, and aviation culture-promoting museum is our constant goal, so if you are also passionate about airplanes and Lithuanian aviation, we invite you to communicate, collaborate, and contribute!
